Account details and why we collect them
No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNOQ uses account identifiers and authentication details to verify logins, link plans, and provide subscription management. An email address is not required for registration; if a user voluntarily provides one in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and refund processing details. They are used to confirm service entitlements, verify payments, and resolve disputes. Support ticket contents are used to investigate reported issues. Before submitting a screenshot, please obscure passwords, subscription links, and any unrelated details in payment records.
Anonymous no-logs policy
VPNOQ follows an anonymous no-logs policy. We do not record which websites users access through the subscription service, store browsing or request content, or keep a list of destinations visited. We also do not create connection logs that can be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.
Temporary states needed to operate a connection are used only while handling that connection and are not retained as persistent connection logs. Data usage associated with an account and its plan is used for billing, displaying remaining data, and determining service status; these usage records do not include the websites or content accessed. Account, order, and support ticket details are not browsing logs and are handled according to the purposes and retention principles below.
Site analytics and browser storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, entry-point clicks, and interface usage so we can identify broken links and improve workflows. Analytics are limited to use of the website and user panel; they do not extend to browsing activity on subscription routes. Passwords, authentication credentials, and complete subscription addresses should not be included in analytics events.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain essential session state and save language preferences and login authentication information. They serve a different purpose from network connection logs. Users can restrict cookies or clear site storage through their browser settings; doing so may require another login and reset saved preferences. On shared devices, sign out and clear authentication information when finished.
Third-party payments and information sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by third-party payment services, whose pages may request information needed to complete a transaction and are subject to their own privacy policies. VPNOQ receives the transaction results and identifiers needed to verify orders; users do not need to provide their payment account password to this site.
When verifying a payment, processing a refund, or responding to a payment question, we share only the order information necessary for that purpose. Account details are not shared for purposes unrelated to those described above, except where needed to provide the service, respond to a user request, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Data retention and deletion requests
Account details are retained while account and subscription management is provided. Order details are retained as needed for transaction verification, refunds, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Support ticket details are retained while handling an issue and any necessary follow-up. Site analytics are kept only as long as needed for analysis. When the purpose for processing has been met and there is no need to retain the data, it is deleted or de-identified. We do not promise a single fixed retention period.
To access, correct, or delete account-related information, sign in to the user panel and describe your request through the support ticket portal. We may need to verify account ownership before processing it. Deleting an account may affect login and subscription management. Records that must be retained by law or because of an unresolved transaction will have their use restricted, and we will explain why they cannot be deleted immediately.
Policy updates and questions
If our data practices change, VPNOQ will update this page and the update month at the top. Important changes to the scope of collection, purposes of use, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where the law requires separate consent, we will obtain it first.
Privacy questions and data requests can be submitted through a support ticket in the user panel. Please describe the information involved and the action you are requesting; do not include passwords or complete subscription links. See the Terms of Service for rules governing use of the service.
